RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please submit your request before the item enters production or is dispatched from our facility. Valid cancellations during this initial stage are eligible for a complete refund to the payment method used at checkout. Once a package is handed over to the carrier network, we are unable to halt its transit; however, you may follow our standard return process upon its arrival.

Return Criteria & Timeline

We hope you love your purchase, but if something is not quite right, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to submit a return application. To be accepted for a return, the product must be completely unused, unaltered, and enclosed in its original product packaging. We require a valid invoice or order confirmation to verify and proceed with your request.

Please note that packages sent directly back to the production plant or manufacturer without our prior confirmation cannot be identified or processed.

Shipping Costs & Return Protocol

To ensure a secure return, please contact our support staff at cs@martebase.com to receive specific instructions and the authorized delivery address for our return center. Our store policy guarantees that no restocking fees will be levied on your returned items. Furthermore, consumers will never be billed for more than a single shipping charge throughout the fulfillment and return cycle.

Refund Operations

Following the arrival of your return parcel at our sorting facility, our quality control team will inspect the items and send you an email update regarding the approval status. Once verified, refunds are systematically credited back to your initial account or card within 7 days.

If your refund confirmation has arrived but the balance has not reflected in your account, we advise first checking with your personal banking platform or card issuer, as processing intervals fluctuate across different financial networks.
